- Delivery method
We normally use SF Express for China Mainland, and DHL for overseas order. Due to the nature of our product, it may take us at most 30 working days to start the shipping of your order. We will strive to ship the order within 15 days during normal working days. Please note that the arrival time we provide is only for reference and calculated from the shipping date. The date of arrival does not take into account delays caused by payment authorization and/or marketable inventory. If GNASTIY.COM does not ship the product within 60 days, you can cancel the order.
You can track your order on the official website of SF Express or DHL. GNASTIY.COM do not provide any tracking services on www.gnastiy.com.
- First-order policy
To ensure information safety, GNASTIY.COM has the right to deliver the products in the first order to the billing address or work address verified by the cardholder.
